SPRING into SUMMER CHALLENGE!


8 WEEK CHALLENGE

CHOOSE YOUR OWN NUTRITION- BUT IT MUST FOLLOW…..

~NO WHEAT/GLUTEN

~NO SUGAR

~WATER= 1 GALLON PER DAY

WORKOUT- MUST WORKOUT 1x with me per week; as in ONE group session or ONE personal training session with me (or more) PER WEEK!

*Other exercise is a MUST 4x a week on your own or with friends (walking, running, class, boxing etc)

 

YOU WILL report your weight each Sunday morning by 10AM, stepping on YOUR scale,  and taking a picture and sending it to me.  Person(s) who gain weight WILL OWE $2 per pound PLUS 20 Burpees per pound, the burpees will be done during your time with me to witness them.  $$ will be collected at time of group session or personal training session.

 

OTHER COST = ZERO  $0.00

 

MACROS:  You have a choice to set your own macros at ..

40 30 30 (carb, protein, fat)

OR

20 50 30 (carb, protein, fat)

OR

WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE!

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE IT TO A GROUP SESSION OR YOUR SCHEDULED PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION (OR BOTH).  *those signed up to participate have first selection of available spaces at group sessions.  SHOULD YOU SIGN UP AND NOT SHOW UP YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SESSION FEE.*
