#1 Ever go to bed thinking “I have to wake up in 5 hours and I ‘m going to be exhausted, tomorrow is not going to great.” Ever wake up and say or think “I’m so tired, today is going to suck.” And ultimately your day did suck, and the people around you that day were negative or in a bad mood as well.
#2 Ever go to bed thinking, “what a great day! I am truly blessed! Tomorrow will be even better!”. Ever wake up and say “Wow, today is going to be a great day! I will give it all I got and stay focused and positive in all that I do.” And ultimately your day was pretty darn good, and the people around you were pleasant and positive.
MINDSET! Go to bed thinking something positive and you may just be surprised at your thoughts when you wake up. Your attitude attracts what you put out into your world. So if you’re wondering why everyone seems miserable, maybe it’s you creating that negative energy.
Your brain will do what you tell it to do! So start telling it to be nice to yourself and to those around you!
