MABFIT is offering an 8-week challenge starting Sunday October 6th and ending on December 1st.   This challenge will provide you with all your workouts necessary to keep you energized, build strength, keep your mental focus.  It will also provide a nutritional plan that is customized to your preferences which means your goals, the foods you enjoy, balance, and learning how to eat better. After the first 4 weeks your workout program gets amped up to keep you motivated.  You are held accountable through my online group challenge page where you can interact with other individuals, share recipes, motivational thoughts, and encourage one another.  All of this is completed online!  You never need to try to schedule an appointment or fit a class/group into your already busy daily chaos.

 You will be required to weigh in weekly and track your measurements at the beginning, middle, and end of the challenge. 

At the end of the this challenge I will be giving away a ONE MONTH GETTING SERIOUS package ($80 value)  to the individual who meets these criteria…  (nutrition plan NOT included)

  1. Stays consistent with workouts (all 4 workouts completed each week)
  2. Tracks their nutrition daily (7 days a week)
  3. Tracks their weight and measurements when required
  4. Interacts with the online chat group 80% of the time (interaction, is daily communication (typing a comment/asking a question/etc) with others within the challenge)
