Groups Sessions for April
If you like working out with a group of FUNNY, MOTIVATING, HARD WORKING individuals, than come to a Sunday Funday or a Wicked Wednesday. The cost for a NEW person is $5, the regular cost is $10.
What do we do? EVERY group session is different, you will never have the same workout ….EVER. We use weights, tires, logs, battle ropes, slam balls, boxes, balance cushions, bands, sleds, jump ropes, and MORE! AND EVERY EXERCISE CAN BE MODIFIED IF YOU HAVE A INJURY/ALIMENT.
LOCATION? Most sessions are held at the “Sweat Lodge” which is at Manetta’s Park in Denver PA. Other times, when the weather is great I will hold sessions at an outside location.
How long is a class? 50-60 minutes
Do I Have to Sign Up? Yes, because when I have a head count and an idea of who is coming I can plan accordingly what weights you as the individual will be using, how intense I can push you, and whether or not I should prepare to have modifications in place so you can still have your best workout too. How many are in a group session? I like to keep my group sessions on a smaller scale, between 6-15 people. The reason is so I can monitor your form and technique, to keep you motivated, to make sure there is no one in the corner or the back row acting like a sloth doing nothing.
