May Spotlight Challenge
Shannon Hackman
It’s mid May, and it’s been a bit rainy; so let’s brighten up your day with some positivity! Our May spotlight winner is Shannon Hackman!
I have known Shannon, geez, for a long time! Lol She has trained with me one on one throughout the years, completed some of my 8-week challenges (and does very well when does), and you’ll see her time to time sweatin’ it out at a group session.
She is hard working single mom of two great kids! Shannon is always “Doing the Work” somewhere! Shannon has a great sense of humor and an adventurous side that I just admire. She knows how to have fun and laugh in the midst of chaos.
Being a single mom is by far one of the most challenging jobs out there. I truly applaud all the single moms and dads out there doing the grind daily to give their kids an exceptional life with amazing experiences. You are the some of the strongest people I know, mentally and physically. I rarely see any give up or give in, because they know their “why” they live it every day.
Even during the hustle of everyday schedules, Shannon still finds the time to take care of herself, others, and give back. She brightens the days of our seniors that are in nursing homes by sending flowers to them or visiting with them. Taking time out of her life to impact the lives of others and to bring value to their day. Her purpose is to bring other people joy when they may feel down, feel alone. This act of selfless kind-hearted caring is awesome!
Shannon, I hope you know in your heart what an AWESOME person you are, you have been, and you continue to be! Thank you for bringing value to others lives, impacting their lives in such a positive way! Keep on spreading the positivity and watch it return to you full force!
DO THE WORK!
MABFIT
The spotlight challenge is something MABFIT finds important to share with others. So much of our day is filled with craziness of schedules, drama, and negativity, that we tend to lose sight of the goodness that surrounds us. My criteria is someone who gives back to others, has a positive perspective, and is on the path to improving themselves and others. Often times there are many of us that do fit this criteria and may go unnoticed and possibly unappreciated. I want to show those individuals that their hard work, good deeds, and positive perspective are noticed and appreciated! That YOU ARE ENOUGH! If you or someone you know meets these criteria and you would like to nominate them for MAB FIT monthly spotlight challenge, please email me at mabfit2day@gmail.com
Spotlight challenger winners receive a small token of gratitude from MAB Fit which may include a gift card for a free group session and other items.
