FEBRUARY SPOTLIGHT

JEN GALLAGHER

 

Jen has been training with me for two and a half years.  In that time I have been fortunate to have 1. Gained a friend and running partner. 2.  Watch our sons develop a great friendship 3. Watch her GROW in all aspects of her life.

When you’re a personal trainer sometimes you end up creating more than just workouts for people. To me Jen has become a friend I know I can confide in, lean on, and still kick her butt via her training programs.

These past two months I have really seen a burst of personal growth within Jen.

She has always been a kind, caring, giving, hardworking, and goal oriented person.  Lately she has stepped up to a greater mindset in that of spreading more positivity to others at work, family, and friends.  Community service aspects she often helps out anywhere she can to give back, schools, and raising money via charity events.  Her personal growth has stretched in which she really took a good look at her family’s future and plugged in the necessary steps to make sure their needs would always be taken care of.

When I started this challenge, I realized to meet all three criteria may seem difficult for some.  In reality, making small positive changes in your life truly brings great personal rewards, who wouldn’t want to accomplish these things?

Jen has done just that!  She, like many individuals has great days and low days.  The difference now is how she reacts to them.  With her clear mindset in place, I know her fitness and personal goals will be accomplished with ease because the worry and negative reactions will not be there to deter her.

 

Congratulations Jen!  2018 YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH YEAR!
