It’s Wednesday, it’s still raining. The weather is bringing us all down and putting our routines into a funk. What do you do about it? Crawl back in bed, covers over head, go to work and be miserable to co workers, grumpy to your family….? Well? I hope not. Be grateful for the day, even the rainy ones! It’s one more day you have to live, to enjoy, to achieve ideas and goals you set for yourself. Do not let the weather hold you back from doing what you normally do. It’s only rain. Pick yourself up, eat a healthy meal, grab a water and get your buns moving! You are worth it, you deserve it, and you will feel better overall.
As for me, this weather stinks for me as well. However, my schedule keeps on trucking through it, it has too, I have too.
Baseball games are up in the air due to rain and sloppy fields, my client schedules are up in the air waiting for the updates. It is what is, and that’s all there is to it. No need to stress or get worked up. Because a little rain never ruined too much of anything.
So for all my friends, clients, and family. THANK YOU! Thank you for trudging along this chaotic baseball season. The tournaments, the games, the practices. Thank you for being patient and understanding that my kids come first. That mom missing a game is a big deal to me because one day there won’t be anymore games for me to run too, so I value each one I go too. Kids are only young for so long, and I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to miss it!
Sunday Fundays will resume on a more “regular” schedule in June, with the exception of a tournament in there. Once school is out for the summer a mid week group session will resume as well.
For this coming weekend, it is Mother’s day. I am offering SATURDAY the 7th at 9am group session…please let me know if you are able to attend. There will NOT be a group on Sunday the 8th.
Sunday the 15th- group session (dependent on weather ) 7:45am and 8:50am *PLEASE NOTE THE TIMES*
Sunday the 22nd-TBD...there is a baseball tournament this weekend.
Sunday the 29th-NO GROUP…I will be enjoying having completed my bodybuilding competition….nom, nom, nom!
This is the plan for May! Please hang in there! June will be a little less chaotic.
Thank you again!
