If you Missed “The 12 Pains of Christmas” Workout….

Each year I like to hold a group session or two with a fun filled holiday twist (insert evil laugh). Yes, it will be difficult. Yes, it will involve picking things up and putting them down (that’s what I do). Yes, you may puke (or just vomit in your mouth a lil). Lastly, YES YOU WILL DO THE WORK!!

This year the 12 pains went as follows

12 25 15 (these were reps for said movements) *note it is also the date of Christmas*

12 Burpees

25  DB Squats with glute kickback

15 Push Ups (boobies to the floor, none of this half assed push up crap)

12 Burpees

25 Lunges with DB held overhead (25 each leg)

15 Jump Squats

12 Burpees

25  DB Front Raise with a squat

15 DB Bicep Curls (each arm)

12 Burpees

25 Jump Lunges (25 each leg)

15 DB to toes crunches

We repeated this 4 times through.

 

Just a little fun filled workout that sure made those ladies sweat tears and calories!  Love you gals!
